K-12 School COVID Exposure Notification Letter Template (2023/24)
CDPH continues to recommend that schools consider a general notification to the entire school community during times of elevated community transmission of COVID-19. Community notification of increased transmission can service as a reminder to monitor for symptoms, use available rapid testing/treatment options, and prevent further spread. CDPH has developed templated letters below for download, customization, and use.
