  • Coordinates development and updates for all divisions’ web pages

Recruitments

  • Schedules and coordinates interviews
  • Performs reference and background checks, including criminal fingerprint scans
  • Conducts onboarding process

Facilities

  • Processes maintenance requests and coordinates repairs
  • Building safety –issue keys, maintains surveillance and alarm systems, identifies hazards and resolves
  • Works with vendors and contractors on coordination of various small and large projects

Fleet

  • Maintenance and repair
  • Manages agency pooled vehicle system (reservation and checkout)

Safety Program

  • Administers department wide safety program
  • Trains employees on and coordinates the functions and responsibilities of the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) and the Countywide safety program Coordinates and monitors workers’ compensation program for HHSA employees
  • Ensures OSHA compliance
  • Coordinates and conducts safety trainings Identifies and mitigates safety in the workplace/worksite concerns
